I am Charru N Surtani, the visionary Managing Director of this world-class Destination Management Company (DMC). With over three decades of experience in the travel industry, I am passionate about navigating our company towards new horizons while redefining the standards of bespoke travel experiences.

Our journey began in the bustling city of Hong Kong in 2018. We pioneered an inbound division that spanned Hong Kong, Macau, and China, offering a variety of services including leisure travel, FIT, group tours, series, MICE, and visa services. We quickly became a one-stop shop for global clients needing full-spectrum travel logistics and services.

The global pandemic in 2020 catalyzed a significant shift in our operations. Leveraging my extensive experience in the travel and events industry, I envisioned a way for us to adapt, grow, and lend support during these challenging times. We broadened our outbound services to include chartered flights, rescue flights, quarantine services, and a dedicated travel advisory and consultancy segment.

In the midst of global change, a new opportunity arose. The realization that most international flights were routing via Dubai and Qatar led to our expansion into the Middle East. In July 2022, we launched Dubai Travel Tricks LLC, and by October, we initiated inbound and outbound operations. Our goal is to offer top-tier services to leisure and corporate travelers and become the best travel agency in the UAE.
